At Express, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery. Whether you prefer to return by mail or at one of our retail locations, we make the process seamless and efficient.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into your Express account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
